Nowadays almost each and every day new technology or idea is appearing. Especially it affects us, participants of this blog. We are more likely targeted as potential customers of those inventions. It is a huge opportunity to gain experience, see how it works for us all and how innovations will grow in time or collapse as a huge waste of money, time and effort. We are a young generation with a huge potential for developing new things. We will be the ones to change the actual market in the future. That is why it is so important not to lose a track to where we are going to improve.
I assume most of us would like to become an entrepreneur one day. It does not mean we are obliged to start a company within a few years. Just at some point in career, we will see the whole market from a whole new perspective. Things to improve or new ways of starting companies may just pop into our heads. With such fast changes around you never know what will come. It is crucial to remember one thing- technology is for us, it should not take over our life to turn this model upside down.
Majority of the population see technology as a very complicated topic. Just keep in mind where does improvement come from! Humanity through the centuries is trying to make life easier. New inventions are just a way of expressing our willingness to improve. Even only to fulfil our basic human needs in a much enjoyable, or useful way. The fact we live in such a well-developed society is not an argument just to focus on finding new blockchains or other mindblowing, difficult technologies. We have still many fields to create some new ways of adjusting normal life activities. Think in an even simpler way. One of the fastest-growing fields is global wealthiness and ecology right now. We can try to solve most pressing problems of the world, which also includes, for example, lack of food. We do not need some advanced tech to achieve that goal. Hunger is one of the biggest tragedies in the world, but it is just an example. Open your minds and search for many others, smaller improvements before overcomplicating the case.
In those “rush hours”, it is necessary to ask yourself a few questions:
- What is my great idea?
- What is the problem I would like to solve?
- Why this area? Why it may work?
In most cases, there are three ways to start creating your own value on the market.
First: THE IDEA
Sometimes all what it takes is to jump into the bath to shout out loud “Eureka!” one day. Just watch your environment carefully.
Second: TECHNOLOGY
If you find any new technology do not over complicate it. The most important thing is not to lose the client or target problem from your vision. At the end of the day, he will be the one who will keep you moving.
Third: PASSION
Nothing can relax more than keeping up with our hobbies. Doing and searching for stuff around something that you truly admire is the best way to find innovative solutions. Just keep digging into it!
What is the more valuable thing than learning from the greatest? Lets
research the process in which Bill Gates started his foundation. Under the quote “We are impatient optimists working to reduce inequity” with his wife they are following dream to help poor regions, especially in Africa. Nothing new some might say. How we can fight this problem? By… Reinventing toilets!? Imagine 3 millions of children die every year because of diarrhoea. It is unthinkable that something which need just a pill and glass of water is killing such amount of human beings. There are no toilets or sewer systems in most places, even in big cities. Raising the quality of water which is the key to success. Bill Gates hired the whole team just to provide new type of toilets and invent new sewer systems reachable for Africa conditions. Imagine how improvement in such basic needs like sanitary can solve one of the most tempting problems of the 21st century.
Imagine your greatest fear, especially when you were a child. Connected with doctors? Yeah me too… Everyone is afraid of dentists. Strong anxiety is almost touchable in a dentists waiting room. On the other hand, we all need to visit them from time to time. Let me introduce you to the company called LULU. It is a small ball connected to a pair of headphones which is invented to lower the stress level of this, for some even horrible, experience.
“1. Lu Smart Ball measures and reduces patients’ stress levels, measures medical condition and improves patient-dentist communication.
2. Lu Headphones reduce dental equipment noises to a minimum and help patients relax by playing custom composed, soothing music.
3. Lu Dock collects and analyses data to improve services in the future.”.
It is fantastic!. This Polish start-up was granted and access to participate in the 2nd edition of MIT Enterprise Forum. They are improving pretty fast, because of its usefulness. Currently, they are in a great spot to improve their contacts and set up sales worldwide. The path to great success is in such small things. Just keep your eyes open!

Sometimes we definitely need to stop for a moment and carefully define the idea of our future business. If to think in such a rational manner, we can create the apps like “Lulu”. I think this is a great device for calming our nervous system and to eliminate the fear of visiting dentists. I suppose such a device can be used not only in medical field, but almost everywhere. If this device really works, all the doctors can use it, at least just to maintain blood pressure before the medical examination or before operation to reduce stress level and to make person calmer and more confident regarding the result of the operation. Thank you for the introducing this amazing innovation!
This is what tech should be used to! There is always some space to invent new kind of programmes or to develop some quantum technology. As well as we can use our already well-known innovations to fulfil some basic needs and raise the quality of our lifes. Sometimes it is better to just “Keep it simple” instead of going for something crucial. 🙂
