Infinite Objects – The comfort you need

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Images and videos have been a vital part of people’s lives ever since photo cameras were invented. If you really think about it, the ability to store photos and videos on a device for long periods of time is incredible. Whether it be wanting to reminisce about old times or remembering an old friend, images and video can serve many different goals. But what if you wanted something more sincere than just a video file on your device, something that would feel a lot more like home and wouldn’t just sit on the back of your phone? That’s where Infinite Objects comes in as it’s a company that manufactures and sells a display that’s designed to loop one video permanently. There are no buttons, no connectivity, no app, and no updates. Just one video, looping infinitely.

What is a Video Print exactly and how does it work?

Infinite Objects is essentially a permanently treated display – a Video Print. There are no apps involved, no fussy configurations, just a video that loops forever. Infinite Objects Video Prints can hold up a video that contains up to 24 hours’ worth of footage. It doesn’t support audio as it was designed to have “always-on” moving images. It’s also not possible to change the art. Infinite Objects are the same as photos, posters, or prints – but for a video. Each object permanently holds the content it was assigned with. Having a feature to change the art would make it less sincere and more like just another device that displays different images such as a smartphone. The content itself can be anything from 3 seconds to 24 hours, but it loops as soon as the video ends. You just need to be sure the object is plugged in as its battery lasts approximately two hours.

My take on the product

I think that the simplicity of this product makes it appealing to customers. It can be used as a tool to light up the room by making it more dynamic or by just having particular memories on it to reminisce. I think the overall product could be a great choice as a gift to gift on various holidays. But obviously, the price isn’t the strong point of the product. It might be appealing to people who can afford it, but that’s where the demand for these Video Prints decreases as the majority of the crowd isn’t willing to spend that much. Nevertheless, I believe the product is worth it, considering that the displays are rated for 5 years minimum lifetime being always-on, and if in that time frame there are any issues with the product, one can easily get in touch with an employee to organize the repair or replacement. In my opinion, if you need a gift for a loved one and have the means to easily afford it, these Video Prints are a perfect present. I mean, who wouldn’t love to have one of these on their desk, right?

It’s amazing how newer and newer technologies remind us of magic from the childhood, in the “Harry Potter” movies the paintings were moving too!
Moving images of memories make it seem as if you are reliving them.

It’s amazing that VIDEO PRINT can capture this important moment in our life, e.g. a dynamic smile of someone we love or a child’s run… Remarkable.
