Have you ever been stuck in traffic and wondered that if you had a flying car you could just skip all these cars? Now you can stop wondering and start buying the new flying car called Jetson One. This flying car prototype is designed by Polish and Swedish engineers Tomasz Patan and Peter Ternström.
The car is powered via electricity and is able to achieve a speed of 100 km/h with the only downside of having a battery life of 20 minutes. Fortunately, there are many safety features installed in the vehicle in case of any emergency, the car is made in a way that even if the battery runs out the car will land safely. In addition, the car is equipped with a LiDAR system which can completely take over control of the car in case of emergencies or if it spots an obstacle that the rider didn’t. Moreover, the car is inspired by rally cars so its structure is incredibly durable and is equipped with a parachute in case of very grave emergencies.
If you are interested in buying this car you would need 91 thousand US dollars and an additional 22 US dollars as a deposit since the production has stopped for 2022 but will resume in 2023.
Disclaimer, the car arrives to the buyer disassembled so you not only need the ability to fly it but also to build it.
It is a very good idea to implement the idea for the future. However the fact that the battery life only last 20minutes, it beats the whole purpose of having a fast efficient car. If you want to travel long distance 100km/hr isnt fast enough for you to fly to a place thats lets say 400km away. Another question is, how do they actually recharge ?
It is still in the stages of development kind of like the Beta version of a game that you can buy anyway. And you charge it in a similar way to any other electric car.
