Your mobile device can be an incredibly powerful tool, and there are plenty of apps available that can help you make the most of it. However, with so many apps to choose from, it can be difficult to know where to start. Here are five apps that you probably didn’t know about, but are sure to find incredibly useful:
- Forest:
This app encourages you to stay focused by using gamification. You plant a virtual tree every time you need to focus on a task, and the tree will grow over time. However, if you leave the app and go to another one, the tree will wither and die.
2. Cleanfox:
This app helps you manage your email inbox by automatically categorizing your subscriptions into a single, easy-to-manage daily email digest. It makes it easy to keep track of your favorite newsletters and other email subscriptions without getting overwhelmed by your inbox.
3. IFTTT:
This app stands for “If This Then That” and allows you to automate simple tasks between your favorite apps. For example, you can set it up so that every time you take a photo with your phone, it automatically gets saved to your Dropbox account.
4. Pocket:
This app allows you to save articles, videos, and other content to read later, even if you’re offline. Whether you’re on a plane or just don’t have time to read something right away, Pocket makes it easy to save and come back to content later.
5. Streaks:
This app helps you form good habits by tracking the tasks that you want to complete every day. Whether it’s drinking enough water, exercising, or studying, Streaks makes it easy to keep track of your progress and form new habits.
These apps are a great way to get the most out of your mobile device, and they’re sure to make your life easier and more organized. Whether you’re looking to be more productive, stay focused, or just have some fun, these apps have got you covered.
I’ve previously heard about the forest app, as my friend is currently a user. I have to say that it is a great solution for when you wish to study and stop procrastinating. I also like how you get to grow a whole bunch of different trees, whilst doing your own thing.
Great blog! These apps are indeed very useful and can improve our daily lives in many ways. Forest is an innovative way to increase productivity and focus an is simply great way to learn.. These apps definitely deserve a closer look, thank you for sharing this information!
I have tried all 5 of these apps and I gotta say my favourite app is the forest app. I’ve been using the forest app since 11th grade of my high school year till I recently stopped using it a few months ago because I had too many applications and wanted to delete some, which is why I stopped using it. However, I do recommend everyone to give the app a try as it definitely helped me improve my high school grades (IB graduate)
