1 You can now chat with great artificial intelligence in Mercedes cars. In the US market, Mercedes offers ChatGPT as an optional and free add-on to the MBUX infotainment system installed in more than 900,000 vehicles. Isn’t it exciting? The well-known and respected artificial intelligence ChatGPT enhances the existing intuitive voice control of the Mercedes-Benz MBUX. Unlike most voice assistants, which are limited to predefined tasks and responses, ChatGPT uses a broad language model to significantly improve natural language understanding and expand the range of topics covered. Drivers can now talk to AI while driving and discuss places of interest, restaurants or dining ideas without taking their hands off the wheel or taking their eyes off the road.

Although it is not clear when this feature will be launched in Europe, it will probably be welcomed by many drivers.

– Lens options: Users can choose between two types of lenses
– Ultra Clear or Tinted. The former are suitable for helmets with an integrated sun visor.
– Long battery life: They are powered by a lithium-ion battery and work for about 10 hours on a single charge.

3. Xiaomi presented an original concept – a smartphone to which high-quality interchangeable Leica M lenses can be attached. The modified Xiaomi 12S Ultra includes a special adapter on the back that matches the standard of the well-known German company. But that’s not all. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra concept has a new large sensor – a high-quality 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor with a resolution of 50 megapixels. The phone and its software have been modified to work with the fixed lens, producing stunning images with natural depth of field, 10-bit color depth and the ability to record in RAW format. While this is a unique concept, it is doubtful that this solution will become widespread. It is unlikely to go into mass production or become part of the Xiaomi 13 range for a number of reasons. For most users, the included lenses offer little improvement and the concept is expensive. The cheapest Leica M lens costs several thousand zlotys. In addition, professionals and advanced photographers may prefer dedicated cameras to the odd smartphone version with a large lens adapter.

4. Realme never ceases to surprise with innovative solutions! At the end of February, it plans to introduce the world’s fastest smartphone charging technology at the Barcelona Telecommunications Show. Although the details have not been revealed yet, it promises to be revolutionary. Realme has already impressed with its 125W UltraDart technology, but now it goes one step further. The new solution should be even faster, with a charging power of more than 165 watts. This is the level tested by competitors, and it is rumored that the upcoming Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro smartphone will also charge at this speed. If confirmed we can charge a large battery in about 10 minutes or even less! Although it is still a concept and the 125W UltraDart has not yet seen the light of day, Realme seems ready for the next step in mobile charging. We look forward to the official information and hope that this solution will become the standard in the market.

“Cars change but one thing stays the same… It’s still a Mercedes”. I saw this ad while I was in Sweden and it got me thinking. Many car manufacturers are being pushed toward environmental sustainability and this means going electric. However, this also means that a lot of companies will begin to use the same technology. I started to question myself, is it still a Mercedes or is it just like every other electric car on the market. I would much rather how cars were being produced a couple decades ago, competing for horsepower and speed, track times and sound.

If future generations are to remember us more with gratitude than sorrow, we must achieve more than just the miracles of technology. We must also leave them a glimpse of the world as it was created, not just as it looked when we got through with it.
