Samsung is not only a phone and TV producer. They also started to focus on robotics and AI solutions. One of their newly announced products at CES2021 is a house robot named BOT Handy which will not only help you in your household activities like laying the table, cleaning or putting dishes into the dishwasher but will also pour wine into your glass. Samsung presented a short video which shows how the robot will look like. The bot is equipped with an arm which can bend in three points ended with a three-fingered hand. The additional advantages are three cameras supported by AI which let the robot recognise different objects, materials and shapes and move around your house without any unnecessary accidents on its way. With its camera the bot can also evaluate the type of material and weight of the object, so that it can use the right amount of force to take them. For now it is more like a concept than a real product. Samsung didn’t provide us a with a release window date or price or any other details but it shows that this industry is now focused also on home robots. . The president of Samsung Research says that the robot will be,, extension of you in the kitchen, living room, and anywhere else you may need an extra hand in your home,”. Samsung doesn’t stop here, they also have plans for other robots used in different places. A Robot named Bot Care also called a ,,robotic assistant and companion” can replace your personal assistant or secretary. This Bot will help you in your home-office which have become very popular during the pandemic of Covid. It will remind you about a break when it can see that you are tired or you spent much more time than usual at the desk. It is constantly observing and learning your habits. One of its duties is also preparing daily schedules and reminding you about your meetings. With built in screen you can have a video chat with for example your client or boss.

Samsung also lounged something more sooner available-JetBOt 90 AI+ which is an intelligent vacuum cleaner with LIDAR(method of measuring distances with light), 3D sensor and also AI which will enable safer and smother movement around the house. It is supposed to be in the shops in this year.

In my opinion in next ten years robots will help us much more than nowadays. What’s more, they will become part of our daily life I am really excited about projects like this, robots and AI is our future,

In the  last few days all eyes have been  focused on the situation in the United States. After shocking attack on Capitol, Donald Trump’s Twitter account was permanently suspended  due to the risk of further  incitement to violence. This decision also induced an incredibly heated  discussion about not only social media but also about the freedom of speech. There are a few questions. Firstly, how do we understand the freedom of speech? Secondly, where are the limits? Twitter and Facebook are  private companies and it can be sad that they can do whatever they want. But can they just delete someone’s account only because his opinions and beliefs  are not in line with those who run this company?  On the other hand we can say that this person can create an account on the other website but the problem is that Twitter and Facebook are now the most important and influential media and for some Americans the only source of information. I think that its something more than only website. In last years social media have grown significantly and they participate in our life at every step. I think that nowadays especially in the times of pandemic, we can say that social medias are equivalent to social space. For a politician like Donald Trump it is the only way to communicate with his voters and supporters. Of course it can be claimed that his speeches and tweets were harmful and incited violence in people and consequently led to the attack on Capitol and deaths of 5 innocent people but the question remains if blocking a public person’s account is not a form of censorship even if this person is well known for his controversial statements. If we agree with banning Trump and giving the green light to the companies like Twitter and Facebook to ban who ever they want, we can imagine the situation that in the future these companies could make a deal which candidate to support and present only positive information about their chosen candidate and at the same time limit the other candidate or present him only in a bad light and in this way they will be able to manipulate the public opinion and deprive people of their right to the reliable and objective information and as a result their basic right of a free choice.

Firstly, the last premiere of PS took place 7 years ago and the fans, after a few trailers, which showed new games with very advanced graphs were really hyped to get the new console. Secondly, the situation with pandemic forced people to stay at home most of the time and video games became one of the few entertainment options. The shortage of supply and increased demand led to the ridiculous situation when people started to buy PS5 just to resell it later. The new PS5 completely overtakes its predecessor in 8k graphic, NVMe SSD and also Dual Sense controller and many more which comes with the new edition. Due to enhanced specs and features games become more fascinating and also the whole process of playing is much more satisfactory. The price for it is quite reasonable. You have to pay about 2300 zł for it. The main issue is price of the games- 250/300zl. For people who are afraid of losing their old games for PS4 the good news is that PS5 is backwards compatible with PS4 software so you will be able to download games that you bought for PS4 and play them on  PS5
